Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often called tapping therapy, is a gentle mind-body approach that helps reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional distress. It involves tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on thoughts or emotions to support emotional release and wellbeing.
We offer 90-minute, one-to-one EFT tapping sessions online via Zoom, providing a safe, grounded space where your experiences are honoured and your nervous system is respected.
These sessions are not rushed. They are spacious, intentional and deeply personalised.
